Lissabon: Internationales Young Crew event "incorporating creativity into business practices", ISCE - IUL - Lisbon University Institute, 30.09.- 2. 10. 2010
This workshop is the result of collaboration between different Young Crews and is the opportunity for students and young professionals interested in Project Management to share their knowledge. This meetings trigger enthusiastic participants to network and collaborate.

Wir bieten zwar auch Trainings zum Thema Bewerbung an, aber was ist, wenn Ihr noch nicht so weit seid Euch zu bewerben? Oft ist es so, dass eine spannende Stelle ausgeschrieben wird und dann braucht Ihr Unterstützung. Dabei helfen wir Euch indem wir auf die langjährige Erfahrung von Human Resources Mitarbeitern zurück greifen und sie für die Beratung gewinnen konnten.
Hier könnt Ihr einen individuellen Beratungstermin mit uns vereinbaren, in dem wir mit Euch über Eure Bewerbung sprechen. Nach der Anmeldung setzen wir uns mit Euch in Verbindung und vereinbaren einen Telefontermin. Dazu ist es wichtig, dass Ihr folgende Dokumente als digitalen Entwurf fertig habt:

- Anschreiben
- Idealerweise eine Stellenausschreibung auf die Ihr Euch bewerbt
- Zeugnisse
Wir werden gemeinsam mit Euch die Dokumente überarbeiten und anschließend das Thema Vorstellungsgespräch durchgehen. Bitte haltet Eure GPM Mitgliedsnummer bereit, da wir aufgrund der starken Nachfrage dieses Angebot nur den (studentischen) GPM Mitgliedern machen können.
MULTIPLIKATOREN-AUSBILDUNG
„Projektmanagement macht Schule“
Aufbauend auf dem 30-stündigen Trainingsworkshop für Lehrkräfte werden die erworbenen PM-Kompetenzen vertieft und erweitert. Ziel der Multiplikatoren-Ausbildung ist die Befähigung, im Rahmen von schulinternen
Veranstaltungen weitere Lehrkräfte für den Einsatz von Projektmanagement zu gewinnen und für den Unterricht vorzubereiten.
Die Teilnehmer/innen der Multiplikatoren-Ausbildung planen Unterrichtsprojekte mit Projektmanagement, setzen sie im Unterricht um und dokumentieren sie auf der Internet-Plattform VIRKON.
Die dokumentierten Projekte werden von erfahrenen GPM Trainern begutachtet und online bewertet. Die Multiplikatoren-Ausbildung beinhaltet drei eintägige Workshops (Start-,Meilenstein-, Abschluss-Workshop). Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt i. d. R. ein Jahr, kann jedoch individuell verkürzt oder verlängert werden. Alle Teilnehmer/innen erhalten einen kostenlosen Zugang zur Internetplattform. Hier werden Musterprojekte und Online-Tools bereitgestellt sowie Unterrichtserfahrungen ausgetauscht.

24th IPMA World Congress 2010 in Istanbul
It is our great pleasure to be hosting the 24th IPMA World Congress 2010 in Istanbul. The main theme of the congress is to identify the changes that need to be made to tackle the challenges and seize the opportunities brought about by new realities in the world economy.
Looking to the future and considering whether the business of project management is likely to change, the level of professionalism applied to projects must improve.
Project management is supposedly a systemic approach to management of change.
Which raises more questions:
- How can we understand and model change?
- Without a proper perspective on change, we cannot understand what role project management will take in the 21st Century
- How can the less advanced societies be assisted in their quest to achieve accelerated economic and social progress?
- Which directions to choose for the future?
The new realities in the world economy present both challenges and opportunities, and both must be addressed if we are to fulfil the objective of benefit.
We believe that this is the right time to pause for thought and reflect on these important issues.
The 24th IPMA World Congress 2010 will be a good opportunity for Project Management Specialist, getting together from all over the world and share experiences and knowledge with the latest project and practice.

Istanbul is at the center of an economic and political area known as Eurasia, where 3 regions– Europe, the former Soviet Union and Middle East, intersect.
